Tour with OLLI - France Magnifique

September 11-23, 2013

Embrace the joie de vivre in fabulous France. Travel with Osher Lifelong Learning Institute instructor Cathy Sendek-Sapp to explore and enjoy France on a Collette Vacations tour called France Magnifique. The tour visits captivating Paris, the historic Normandy coast, the Loire Valley, picturesque Provence, and the French Riviera, including Monaco, and features a high speed TGV journey. This tour takes place from September 11 to 23, 2013, and is open to both members and nonmembers of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. For information about France Magnifique, please click here. 

Registration forms and trip brochures are available in the Osher Lounge, room 464 in the Cathedral of Learning.  These can be mailed to you by request.  If you book now, you can save $250 off of the cost, and these special rates are valid until March 11, 2013.  THe cost of the trip is $4,199 per double, $5,329 per single, and $4,209 per triple.

January 23 - 25 Bring a Friend Event 

Now in its fifth year, our January lecture series, IMPACT, continues to provide the opportunity to hear from distinguished speakers on topics that address a theme selected by our members (IMPACT is an acronym for Informing Members Perspectives about Contemporary Topics.) 

Our region has been in the spotlight several times over the past few years, drawing the attention of the nation and the world. Attend the IMPACT 2013 lectures to hear about the people and programs that represent new thinking, ideas, discoveries, and practices that are changing our region and the world.

Lectures are Wednesday, January 23, and Thursday, January 24, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and Friday, January 25, at 10 a.m. For a list of speakers see page 20 in the OLLI Spring catalog.
