New Student Tutorial

Click here to launch the New Student Tutorial, which must be completed prior to your first advising appointment in the College of General Studies.  This tutorial will explain many aspects of the advising process that you will need to know, and can answer many of the questions that you may have before your appointment.

Before you begin, make sure that you give yourself enough time to complete the tutorial, usually around 20 minutes.  You can pause the tutorial if needed at any time by using the buttons below the screen, and you can use the arrows to move to a previous screen.  Also, remember that some of the questions asked in the tutorial may have more than one answer.  After you have completed the tutorial, you will see a results page.  Either email or print the results as directed, and if printing the results, bring a copy with you to your first advising appointment.
