Registration Information - Technology Training for Pitt Faculty and Staff
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be sure you meet the prerequisites for the course.
By mail or in person
Complete the registration form (PDF) and return it to:
College of General Studies
4th Floor, Cathedral of Learning

By fax
Fax the completed registration form (PDF) to 412-624-5461 with IDC number and approval or MasterCard/Visa number.
Payment Options
- University interdepartmental charge: Please provide the IDC number on the registration form along with the name and signature confirming departmental approval.
- Check made payable to the University of Pittsburgh
- VISA or MasterCard
Confirmations
You will receive confirmation via email of your enrollment in a course. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call 412-624-6600 to confirm your enrollment.
Withdrawals
Please notify the College of General Studies at least two business days before the scheduled class at 412-624-6600 or cgs@pitt.edu if you must withdraw. No transfers will be processed and payment will be forfeited if cancellation notification occurs less than 24 hours before the class meeting.
Class Cancellations
If a class fails to meet its required enrollment of five students two business days before its scheduled date, it will be canceled, and registrants will be notified. Payment can be transferred to a future class or another registrant, or a refund can be issued.
